NCORE Preventive Maintenance – Control Level
Creating assignments and establishing responsibilities
The control (middle) level of the NCORE system consists of standard – pre-defined operations and is used by the supervisors of the company. Tasks are formed at departmental level and supervisors can monitor them from any location if they have internet access.
- The maintenance plan automatically creates work orders for the time period, assets, equipment and working groups. E.g. according to the default plan – every day at 8:00 am an automatic workorder will be created for the working group responsible for maintaining the D01 and D03 cranes (with specific tasks included)
- The results are visible in real-time so that the effectiveness can be monitored and, if necessary, workorder can be added or altered.
- Tasks can be created according to the parameters that are set depending on the organization’s needs (repetition frequency, execution mode, input method, order of execution, alerting on irregularities, video or photo recording, streaming).
- NCORE allows scenarios with separate set of rules according to which the operator must act in case of accidents or breakdowns.
