NCORE Preventive Maintenance – Technical Level

The existing organization model is used to define key information and create a “procedures guidebook” based on which organizational structure is created. For a successful implementation of the NCORE system, an expert (who understands the processes and operational levels of the client’s business) is required. The expert technician’s job is to (with the help of our own technicians) create the foundations of the future organization.

Creating the procedures guidebook and defining the organization model

NCORE adapts to the current organization, which changes as the job demands are required. The organization defined within the NCORE system follows changes over time.

This level is intended for the Net Projekt technicians or specially trained consultants who are involved in the processes within the organization
