NCORE Asset Management Basic Features

  • Unified hierarchical asset database – NCORE eliminates the need to use multiple records or fill out various forms. Everything is unified, connected and available immediately (on the smartphone).
  • Hierarchical location structure – Define enterprise structure with distributed warehouses, remote locations, or locations within the building individually.
  • Automated notifications and alerting – The system monitors the state of the assets and informs the management in time if replacement is required. There is no need to create unnecessary inventories.
  • Situation analysis – Using the collected data it is possible to get a detailed analysis of the condition of the assets, and based on that – to generate reports important for further business planning.
  • Timely certification/calibration – The system promptly notifies the user when it is time to certify or calibrate a particular device. It is possible to automatically (or manually) submit a certification request for specific devices to business partners or the sector within the company.
  • Tracking the history of movement – NCORE displays and records all locations where the asset/equipment has been located.
  • Simple assignment, termination, and asset status change – NCORE enables assigning/return of asset/equipment via a smartphone or tablet device by reading QR code of an employee or a location.
  • Asset photo documentation – Every asset can be photo documented on-premise using a smartphone or tablet device – whether it is a malfunction or a normal operational state.
  • Video Stream – NCORE has a built-in video protocol through which the supervisor can ask the operator to record live situations.
  • Communication with other systems – For better data usability, NCORE has built in API procedures for communicating with other systems – such as various financial applications (asset tracking), MS Outlook, GMail, Excel…
  • Preparing for the introduction of preventive maintenance – The introduction of a preventive maintenance system points to a potential problem before it actually appears. NCORE controls and warns of anomalies in order to react timely and thereby extend the service life of the equipment.
